I'd like to begin with a reflection many of us share: Why, with all the incredible talent, ambition, and resources across our continent, can it sometimes feel like a brilliant vision and the reality on the ground exist in two different worlds?
We've all witnessed it—a strategy that looks perfect in the boardroom, yet struggles to find its footing within the rich, complex, and vibrant tapestry of our daily operations. It's not a question of intent or effort, but often one of connection and context.
This very challenge is the reason we come to you today.
My name is Eddie Baisley, and I am here representing The SecureShift Collective™.
